With our comprehensive suite of features, Lenon offers a seamless experience through its web application and dedicated Android/iOS applications.
Lenon operates on a freemium pricing model, allowing small schools(200 students and below) to access the academics module for free. See Pricing.

GETTING STARTED

Simple & Straight Forward

Registration

Click on any of the register buttons, fill and submit valid details as required by Lenon.

Review

After submission, we go through them and make sure you represent said school.

Approval

After verification process is done, we then approve or reject your account based on the outcome.

Start Using

After your account is approved, you get complete access to the Lenon Platform (Web, Android, IOS).

As a parent, you are able to view your ward's information, see their attendance status for the current day, check their conduct and attitude including their class teacher's remarks.

Notifications

Parents receive push notifications whenever teachers record attendance or collect a recurring fee like classes or canteen fees. Parents are always updated with information relevant to their wards.

Fee Payments

Parents can view their ward's arrears, make fee payments through mobile money or credit card and also download receipts for all payments. This is only available if school is accepting online fee payments.

Ward Reports

Parents can check their ward's results for the current term and download report cards directly.

Upcoming Events

Parents can view all upcoming events in their ward's school and prepare for them if it applies to their ward.

Bus Tracking

Track your wards on school bus in realtime on a map with estimated duration.

Chats

Parents can initiate realtime chat sessions with class teachers and share documents.

No, Lenon is specifically designed for pre schools, primary, junior high and senior high schools.

Can I pay my teachers' salaries on the platform?

Yes, You can manage your staff salaries, including TAX filings, SSNIT contributions and also pay them directly on Lenon.

Does the mobile application perform the same functions as the web application?

No, the mobile application is an extention of the web application. The mobile app provides the user with functions that are much convenient to perform on a mobile device.

Can I use the web application on a mobile device?

You can, it is fully supported.

Lenon offers a customizable approach where pricing is calculated based on the modules required, allowing for a tailored solution. Pricing for these modules is determined by a variety of factors, including student count for certain modules(Capped at 500 students) and fixed rates for others. This flexibility ensures that our services are precisely aligned with your institution's requirements and budgetary considerations.
